The solutions evolved as our team worked closely with numerous departments at different companies to fine tune a collaborative process.
The root challenge we observed was the problem of managing documents, especially ones with significant legal involvement, as these critical documents are often complex, delivered in “PDF Blobs” and conferring with attorneys to figure them out is expensive.
This creates a challenge as people need accurate data to make decisions, but often this data is buried inside “PDF blobs”. So even after finding the correct version of the document, there is still the challenge of extracting the data. The result is wasted time, frustration, and inaccurate decisions as people rummage around to find the correct document and provision on which to base a decision.
